National Stadium of Costa Rica, La Sabana

At the request of the National Stadium Management & Administration Trust, ICODER, and BNCR, an appraisal of the National Stadium’s buildings and infrastructure works was carried out.

The new replacement cost of the existing buildings was determined (land value not included).

The main structure of the Stadium was assessed, including the West, East, North, and South sectors, as well as exterior works such as parking areas (open-air and covered), vehicle circulation roads, green areas, access booth, perimeter metal fencing, perimeter sidewalks for pedestrian circulation, exterior access stairs, and the esplanade located on the Stadium’s West side.
