• Full infrastructure including two retail/commercial spaces.
• Back-of-house (BOH) support areas.
• Vehicle and pedestrian circulation.
• Green areas.

Resort Expansion

In March 2024, construction started for:

• 5 loft units.
• Clubhouse.
• Complementary infrastructure:
  • Electromechanical systems.
  • Slope stabilization.
  • New vehicle access.

The civil works expansion covers 783 m² of construction.
