Analysis of the real estate sector of the Great Metropolitan Area (GMA)

An analysis of the Real Estate Sector is performed of developments located in the GMA for different periods.

Several studies were made on behalf of BAC SAN JOSE Bank for the years 2006, 2009, 2013 y 2015.

Each analysis included:

• The Real Estate Sector with developments located in the GMA. 
• Determination of the current supply and the advanced status of real estate projects of the following type: apartments, homes and lots.
•  Estimate of the percentage of sales.
•  Definition of the banking offer for financing.
