The Construction Audit work is accomplished for the “CAIA Jade Tower and CAIA Connect” Building.

The Construction Audit service consisted of:

• One residential tower with 8 floors and two basements for 121 parking spaces and 46 residential warehouses.
• Mechanical systems, electric and telephone wiring, vehicle and pedestrian access and circulation facilities, landscape.
• In addition, common areas such as the playground, recreational areas, clubhouse, and security booth.
