The project consisted of the construction audit work of two residential towers, one with 49 units and the other with 54 units. A total of 103 apartments.

Additionally, the construction audit included a sub-level and six levels, 58 parking spaces, 101 residential warehouses, common social areas, (gymnasium, assembly lounge, swimming pool, and terraces), electromechanical systems, pedestrian, and vehicular accesses, landscape and enclosures.
