Review of housing credit appraisals in the Great Metropolitan Area (GMA)

In 2004, a review is made of 100 appraisals executed within the GMA.

The study is made for “Banco Nacional de Costa Rica”, and reviews 100 appraisals made within the GMA with the objective of detecting possible defects in the amounts assigned to each appraisal as well as in the methodology used.
